The Wilderado volleyball team had me come out and take this season’s team pictures this year.
If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ll know that the world of sports is near and dear to my heart. However, poster shots aren’t typically my thing. Usually, it is expected that team shots have some graphic design (think flames or lightning).
Not that there is anything inherently wrong with designs like that, it just isn’t my personal style. Fortunately, the team was totally fine with my idea for some timeless images.
I loved getting to know the team a little better through this 60 minute session. My turnaround time is pretty quick; the girls and school all got edited images in 24 hours. The school was then able to get their poster shots up. Each girl has a 2 foot by 4 foot poster of themselves hanging in the gym. In addition they had an 8 foot by 4 foot vinyl banner of the entire team featured. Because of the 4k images I am able to produce, these large prints still look beautiful.
