I had the pleasure of meeting John Paul Whitaker and his family in Austin for an incredible senior 400mm portrait session. John Paul’s mom and dad have been long-time family friends, so meeting up with them made this session even more memorable for me.

What a year it has been for the Lady Raiders Volleyball team here in Amarillo, TX! I've had a first hand look into this team’s success, and I can attest that it was a hard won battle since the beginning. To be honest, I started photographing the Randall Lady Raider volleyball team out of convenience.

It's always special when I get to do portrait sessions for long-time friends. It’s even more memorable when I get to capture pictures of their kids. I’ve known Shandlee’s parents for years. So it was so cool to be able to travel down to Abilene to capture this girl’s senior portraits.
